John and Nancy Erickson are strong proponents of quality education across the life span. They have endorsed several innovative initiatives in publicly funded settings, from preschool to graduate-level education to adult learning. In addition, they and their children have supported a number of educational scholarship programs over the years. Specifically, they’ve helped school-age children from families in need receive funding to attend parochial, private, or sectarian schools of their choosing. Organizational partners have included the Partners for Excellence campaign of the Archdiocese of Baltimore (www.pieschools.org) and the Children’s Scholarship Fund (www.scholarshipfund.org).
